Day Trips

Our Activities Director serves up amazing day trips that are fun, entertaining and educational all throughout the year. In the nicer months, you can find the Brightwood Club bus at any of the wonderful gardens throughout our region, or listening to music at a local winery or brewery. The art club enjoys trips to museum, art exhibits and theater. The foodies among us enjoy the opening of a new restaurant and we are so fortunate to have such a plethora of superb restaurants so close by. Everyone loves a beautiful day out and about.

At Brightwood Club, we love a reason to celebrate. Whether its our first Thursdays happy hour, a great patio party or our favorite band, we show up and show off. There’s nothing like a great time with great friends to keep you young.

Lectures

Being a student for life keeps the mind sharp and the spirit alive. Our activities director is brilliant at finding the perfect lecturers who not only educate, but entertain. For example, Amelia Earhart recently flew into Brightwood Club, in honor of her birthday, and to share the harrowing details of her last moments.
