The Club
The Club features 20 one, two and three bedroom residences, all offering convenient indoor access to the main Clubhouse. A central courtyard offers a tree-canopied setting for conversation and casual dining.
The Lawn

Sixteen Crescent Cottages
Sixteen Crescent Cottages follow the crest of tree-lined BRIGHTWOOD Club Drive. These individual homes offer up to 3200 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths, a powder room and much more on a single living level. Additional living space on a lower level spills out onto a lush lawn and overlooks a wooded area.
